Today is Thursday August 13th, the 35th Thursday of 2015. I have been sooo MIA with my Thoughtful Thursday posts and I feel so bad. I have to start it back up with one of my absolute favorite quotes!!
People often wonder how I am so positive all of the time. Honestly, I just am. I mean I have my days where I may feel sad but my outward spirit would never show. I spend my life trying to stay within a positive mind to foster a positive life. When I think of a negative mind, I think of depression. I pray that you all work on creating a positive life by working on keeping a positive mind.
Here are a few ways that you can combat a negative mind.
- Yoga or Exercise
If you find that you can not kick out of a negative mind and feel that you are living in depression, please seek help. The Anxiety and Depression Association is great resource to start.
